Picture of the Day: Culture Shock In Writing
At the airport: it now seems that the police are able to detonate any bit of luggage at any moment. You gotta be careful!
A poster from the wall in my classroom. Goodbye the freedom, indeed! I have no rollerblades here.

Ah, the life of a young teen (I can only presume). What is it that you are doing WITHOUT in France that you wish you had. I'm randomly suring tonight as my heater heats my Chicago apt back to 68 after it rudely shut off at 62. My hubby and 2 year old are fast asleep.
What am I lacking in France that I really need? Nothing. At this point, in fact, due to the generosity of the folks here at school, I have a bit more than I actually have need for.
One thing I would ask for, however - I could really go for a burrito from time to time, and I can't find anyplace that can serve me one.
I giggle to be called a young teen, by the way. Thanks for your comment!
